Emily Spivey (born September 29, 1971) an American writer, actress, and producer. She is best known for writing for Parks and Recreation, King of the Hill, Saturday Night Live, and The Last Man on Earth. She created Up All Night on NBC, but left after the first season. Currently, she is the creator and co-showrunner for Bless the Harts. She has her own production company named Jessebean.[1]
Emily Spivey also does various voices on Bless the Harts. Her most notable role is Louise Culp, Jenny's boss.
